1) The NEW batch of 3x6 untabbed solar cells are very strong and breakage resistant, and powerful - averaging 0.5 volt and 1.8 watts each.
2) The cells are EXTREMELY FRESH, made in the latest months and weeks in Germany, unlike other solar cells from the closed / bankrupt factory that are sold on eBay can be years old. These are absolutely the freshest cells on the market.
3) NEW TECHNOLOGY -- Because the cells are from currently working factories in Germany, they continue to update the cell technology: Back side positive electrode silver contacts have been made longer on four points (see picture, compared to others) for easier soldering and better electric current conductivity.
4) We keep the cells we sell fresh by SHRINK WRAPPING the solar cells so the the silver bus bars do not oxidize. All of our cells go out with the right protection. If the cells are not protected by shrink warps, they are not done by pros, do not buy them, since the bus bars oxidize. All real factories protect their good cells with air tight shrink wraps

I do achieve 0.566 volts on all chips tested but only measure approx. 1.1 amps. The documentation and Amazon's 1KW banner suggest that I should be getting close to 3.75 amps. I have tried to contact the company both by phone and e-mail and have had no reply. I am still trying to get an answer and it's been close to 5 weeks now. Edited Post(3/12/13): The story I get from Eddie just doesn't make sense. He's telling me that you need to tab several together to achieve the 3.75 amps quoted. By his own explanation, water pipe analogy, we would actually only be reading the lowest current. I asked how he tested his cells...of course no answer. I would stay far away from this company. Very far away.
