First off let me say the packaging of this product was GREAT! But after that it goes down hill They use CEVA to ship ( bad company to deal with ) They, CEVA delivered to me a package that weighed twice as much as my package ( it was a satelite system for another company not solar panels ) it even had the name of the company it was to be shipped to on the package then they said i refused my package shipment, of course it was not my item. After four days they did find my solar panels. The panels look great,good packaging, good wiring good finish I was very excited to get them set up. In my area of Arkansas the panels need to be set due south at 36.99 deg. and this I did I was excited to hook them to a grid tie inverter 1 panel to 1 300 watt inverter. to my dismay they only produced 80 watts each wow what a bummer then I thought well it was not noon yet so that must be it because it was only 10:00 am. well at 12:00 noon I checked them and an to my amasement 109 watts on a 280 watt panel please note NO CLOUDS NO TREES NO SHADOWS TEMPATURE was 92 DEG. @36.99 DEG ANGLE TRUE SOUTH. I DO HAVE PANELS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY PRODUCE 78% OF THE THEIR RATED CAPACITY ON THE SAME GRID. Im not saying that these panels are bad but they dont do what they are rated at in Arkansas. They did not come with any literature or phone number to call for help In closing this panel is priced too high for what it will do If I did something wrong on install someone let me know I just thought for the money they would at least produce 75% of the rated wattage not 40%Kenneth

I have this 280w and the 180w panels from Grape Solar. Both work very well, the construction is amazing and the output is great. It ships on a pallet and was professionally palletized and wrapped for safe shipping. I used part of the pallet to make a stand as they are in the back lot, not the roof. Very Very happy with the purchase of this item.
