I bought two of these a year ago, air circulation was a real problem in our house and hot air would get trapped in the attic.The house would get hotter at night as it got cooler outside, and we'd swelter and sweat as we live in Los Angeles.One is in the house, one in the garage outside which doubles as a workout room, and both of them work great and we now have great air circulation and the house cools off like it should.We don't suffer from the heat anymore and rarely use the air conditioning, so they might have paid for themselves already. A great buy.
